Nice room with great ocean front room but no beach access directly from the building.

The front desk Angeline Angel was very nice and gave us the room early explain everything, Cecilia manager for the beach help us with the Palapa reservation very nice and helpful.
I only issue is that trying to reach the hotel to verify my points were added to my Marriott Rewards Program could have been better.After an hour of dirving to find a restaruant they reccomended and starred on a really small map, when we returned to the hotel the next person provided us with a very detailed map specifically for that resaruant.However, after trouble with our rooms, they did not honor our requests that we had given in plenty of time, the extremely long wait for help with switching one of our rooms becasue the A/C didn't work, the coffee pot annd mini fridge in our.Think twice before going here.Room service doesnt provide water either.
Pool was nice and big, but only one swim-up bar opened most of our visit.
